Engine Fixes

Over the past week, I have been working on fixing some rendering issues as well as a few other core issues.  The engine is slowly getting more and more stable.  I have also been tweaking the development model and brainstorming on making the development as easy as possible.  One day we hope to have intellisense in Visual Studio.
